Se-REM is a self-help audio program. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or clinician-delivered EMDR. Do not use it if you might be susceptible to seizure-triggering stimuli. Strong emotions may arise. Stop when needed, arrange emotional support, and consult a qualified professional for guidance suited to you.
Do not use the program while driving, operating equipment, or in an unsafe setting. If you may harm yourself or someone else, call emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for crisis support.
